CHANGE OF MIND 
Here at hello blossom baby we want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we offer exchanges on our items excluding our personalised and sale items. 
All change of mind returns must be completed within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in new/unused condition. Any items returned in used or damaged condition will not be allegeable for a exchange.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged please email helloblossombaby@gmail.com for a replacement. All damaged items need to be reported to helloBlossom baby within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please attached photos of the damaged product with your order number. 

 

 HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

1. Contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your items. Please include your full name, order number and item you are wishing to return.

2. Once we have accepted your return we will email you our return shipping address. Inside your parcel please include with your full name and order number, so we can process your change of mind. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
3.  Take your parcel to your nearest post office. We recommend you pay for tracked shipping, as we do not accept responsibility of any returns lost in transit.
4. Once we have received your returned item, in new/unused condition, you will be issued with a credit note for the purchase value, to be used towards any items on our website. This credit note has no expiry date.

If you have purchased your item with a discount code, you will be issued the exact value you paid for your item.

Shipping
All stanndard orders will be packed and shipped within 3 business days.
All wooden/personalised items have a longer turn around time and will be made, packed and shipped within 5-7 business days.
